- The first thing you need to do is to click open the Health app on you apply watch and tap on the Summary tab. (You might have to click on the heart icon at the end of the screen twice to go back there).
- After that, you will need to go down to Workouts and then click on it. You will see a lot of charts display on the screen, but ignore all of them and go down to the end, then click on Show All Data.

You will see a blue watch icon that identifies the workouts that you have logged to with Apple’s inbuilt Workout app. Then swipe to the right on a workout to show the Delete button.
- Once the delete button displays, click on it to delete. When you click on the Delete button, you will see a pop-up message asking if you want to also delete the health data that is associated with it. You can click “yes” to delete the health data associated with it or you click “no” if you don’t want to.
If you delete the workout while still keeping the associated health data, the walk will still contribute to your Activity rings, but it will no longer be displayed as a workout.
