How to Set Up Facebook Business Manager
Step 1. Create a Facebook Business Manager Account
Go to the business page on Facebook and click the big blue Create Account button in the top right.

3. Confirm your email by clicking the message with the subject line “Confirm your business email”.
Step 2. Add Your Facebook Business Page(s)
When adding your Facebook page to your Facebook Business Manager you start by:
1 from the business Manager dashboard
- click Add Ad Account,
- Then Add Ad Account again,
- Input the ad account ID, which you can find in Ads Manager.
Step 3. Add Your Facebook Ads Account
Again, from the Business Manager dashboard,
- click Add Ad Account,
- then Create Account
- Enter your account details, then click Next.
- Signify that you are using the ad account for your own business, then click Create.
Step 4: Add People to Assist You in Managing Your Facebook Assets
The Facebook manager tool allows you to add team members so you can have a whole group of people working on your Facebook business page and ad campaigns. You can set up the team with the following steps;
Click on add people from your business manager dashboard
Then in the pop-up box, enter the business email address of a team member you want to add. This team member could be; employees, freelance contractors, or business partners
Step 5: Add Your Business Partners or Ad Agency
Select Business Settings at the top right of the business manager dashboard.
On the left menu, click Partners. Under Partner to share assets with, click Add
Step 6: Add Your Instagram Account
Click Business Settings at the top right of the business manager page.
In the left column, select Instagram Accounts, then click Add.
